Has the Trigger CAB been updated to support WM6.5? I had issues with MC55A0 and did not deploy as a result. I now have a request for TRIGGER on MC65 and need to avoid similar issue.

Hi Michael, The latest CAB release done to support TRG5500 was done for MC55xx devices with WM6.5. The link for the above CAB - https://support.symbol.com/support/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=… Since MC55A0 is a MPA2.0 device the above CAB may not be used in. The support for TRG5500 for MC65 is avaliable in BSP31.2 but not sure if it was prior to this BSP(needs to be checked). BTW, Which on BSP did you check? Regards, Praveen N
mc55a0 have the needed files in the OEM version so Trigger will work without additional cab file same for MC55N0 MC65 from OEM 30.1 and 31.2 onwards the driver is builtin the OEM version as well if you are on rev A OEM 21 there is an file available on request but the advice is anyhow to move to A1 OEM 31.2 for MC65.
