SPB 2.0.2 Volume Setting

Hello, I have customer running SPB 2.0.2 on a MC9090G (CE5 / BSP35). If SPB start the good decode sound volume is always at max. level. Can this be changed?? I tried several things but no success. I treid as well to default the Meta Tag by using below registry key: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Symbol\SymbolPB\Tags] "volume"="0x00000000"> Any help appreciated. Thomas

yes I am still looking for a solution. I did not know if this is reproducable on WM based devices.

Please try the following registry key, if you have not tried already! Dword value 0 to 5 . (default 5, loudest). [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Symbol\SymbolPB] "DecodeVolume"=dword:00000001 If you still have issues then please let me know the Part Number of MC9090 on which you have the issue. Regards, Sudhakar
