Missing RFIDAPI32.DLL

Hi team Partner has downloaded EMDK .NET 2.5 and tested CS_RFID3Sample5 on MC3190Z but there was an error for missing rfidapi32.dll file. Any clue where to get rfidapi32.dll? Thanks ken
