Hello, Does anyone know if the software entitlement process is broken? I've requested several items this week. Nothing but crickets, not even a rejection email. I only get the typical 1 hour response message after submission. Thanks Brad

Hi Brad, Please send an email to supportcentral.enterprise@motorolasolutions.com with your Support Central log in and if possible the requested downloads. We can use this to identify why you are not receiving the downlands. Thanks, Lorenzo
