Thanks for the reply. While I did find what reg settings the UISettings app changes, just putting those reg files into an MC65 or ES400 won't make it do anything - that functionality doesn't exist in those devices.

The UI Settings applet isn't a standard microsoft feature, it's a Motorola value add.  Both  the ES400 and MC65 only support a subset of the value adds typically found on other Motorola products. If the customer needs to be able to change these settings (start menu grid, etc) they should be able to do this with standard Microsoft reg keys.  You can probably use something like remcapture to capture which reg keys are changed with each setting.
