I am trying to install (upgrade) dotNET on our ES400 devices, running Win 6.5.3 which comes with dotNet 2.0 installed. I get the error message  "A later version of .NET Compact Framework is already installed. If you want to install this version, first remove the existing version"  Which I went back and uninstalled 2.0, cold booted and tried again with the same result.  I must be missing something totally obvious. any ideas?
