Hello... So I have a customer running Window 7 64 Bit, trying to use WMDC.  They use it and it works fine from their PCs with Windows 7 32 Bit, but we can not get it to work on the 64 bit version.  What we have tried so far: Downloaded and re-installed numerous times from this link: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=3182 Ran and installed all windows updates. Ensured the "USB" connection was enabled under the settings of the device (MC3090) Tried various MC3090's as well as various PCs/Laptops running the OS.  They get the error attached, it basically can't install a driver to connect the "Symbol USB SYNC Cradle" I opened a case, but we can't reproduce the issue.  Anyone know of anything or have any suggestions? Thanks... Jesse

Just wanted to share what I had to do. It seems when Mobile Device Center creats a connection, it creates a Network Adapter sometimes called Microsoft Virtual WiFi Adapter or Microsoft Windows Mobile Remote Adapter. When I was connecting the MCD device, nothing would happen. I would hear it accept, but not Sync. I went into the Properties of the network connection, uninstalled the driver. Then I re-connected my mobile device to my PC and it installed the drivers again and works again.

Thanks, but...  That is the same version we are using, except 32 vs. 64...  I'm not sure if it's even a different .exe to install WMDC, they look exactly same if you compare the 2 links... Here are the 2 links: 32 Bit Version:  http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=14 64 Bit Version:  http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id… Any thoughs on this or anythng else?  Am I missing something simple?
