Just trying to understand something I could not get good information on from the internet. My customer is running 500 ES400's with several application and phone usage. The cellular accounts do not have a voicemail box. About 50 or so of the devices are getting a voicemail notification icon and voicemail tone reminder. My question is, does something come from the cellular network that turns this notification on, or is there something that maybe on the terminal that could turn this on. We have clean booted the terminals and updated them to the latest Sprint build, but they still get the notification. Also, since this may be comming from the voice connection, is there anyway I can prove it is comming from Sprint or something else?
