MC65 crash, request for help with rtlog evaluation

Fusion 040T fix from SPR# 21294 Customer uses MC65 with Creme JVM on WLAN and reported OS crashes. He updatet Fusion and claims that he after Fusion upgrade still see OS hangs and resets. I have got rtlog with the following snippet right before the crash occured. Thomas, they say yes, but I am checking this. I asked also for the memory dumps and process list. Thank you

Per the customer, re-instalation of the patch and exact following the Fusion instalation steps the problems seems to be resolved. Thank you all for help.

When dealing with a Java we sometimes see the JVM memory grow and cause issues in other seemingly unrelated areas. can you post the emscript files including the process snapshots? This will help to see if this is memory usage related. There also should be a DR watson dump file (in the hidden folder under windows/system) that may be helpful.

Did they follow all the instructions prior to installing the Fusion patch?  Most important reload the OS and perform clean and blank?
