I have a ET1 DV unit and is at the latest version 121411. When I launched MSP Rapid Deployment or MSP agent on the ET1, it popped up the message 'Service not ready, Please wait' then nothing happens, I can not scan, the menu doesn't do anything. Home will get me back to other applications. I've downgraded to 10282011, 111811, but same thing. I even disable Datawedge. but no luck. Has anyone had success in launching MSP Rapid Deployment and got it to work properly? I want to test MSP 4.0 with the ET1.

Hi... I think the below steps may solve your problem.. Steps: 1. Perform a factory reset on the device.(You need to copy the factory reset zip file on to the device SDcard and follow recovery steps) 2. After factory reset, Perform an OSupdate. After the device comes up, RD client should be ready for staging process Thanks & Regards, Avinash
