Is there a way to clear a password set on an ES400 other than doing a clean boot and reloading the firmware from an SD card? I have a customer who terminated an employee but the employee had set a password on the device which was not recovered before he/she was let go. For future reference, the customer wants to know if there is an alternative for removing/resetting the password so as to avoid having to re-install and reconfigure all of their applications after performing a clean boot.
