You have a Code 128 barcode with a FUNC4 encoded in it. I recently had a CPR completed to address this issue, CPR 8069. A common legacy practice in Health Care Barcoding is to encode the FNC4 into code128 barcodes. This causes our decoder to add ASCII 128 to the next character by rule. Older scanners would ignore the character shift. All of our current decoders, ADC, MC, Tablet, all perform the shift and the end user does not get the data they want. Custom firmware for the DS4280 (CAAAOC14-002-N01D0.DAT) and DS6878 (CAAAJC14-001-N01D0.DAT) was created. I would contact Jonathan Fisk, Angelique Hardison or Ron Ethe to ask for the Firmware. I loaded this firmware on my 4208 and read your two barcodes as E961790 and E2212181.  Only the E961790 barcode has the FUNC4 encoded.
