DS3508 ER on VC5090 in USB mode

Hi, does anyone have experimented a problem of power supply between a DS3508 ER and a VC5090 in USB mode ? Does it work ? My partner says to me that there's no enough power supply for DS3508 ER. Is there a solution ?
