Hi team Any clue have any of our customers/partners successfully deployed their SAM card on our SAM slots? One of our partner is able to establish connection to the SAM card on the SAM slot but not able to access it. Does anyone have a list of supported winscard module functions that are tested and working on our MC75A6 HF RFID? At the moment we are stuck w/ error code 0x80100069. According to MSDN, that error code mean the smart card has been removed but the SAM card is still sitting in the SAM slot :( Thanks ken

Yes, the black housing bracket is attached.
Ken, Can you verify if the Black back housing bracket is attached. This could be a cause of the problem.
