We have seen a couple of different, but possibly related, issues with RFS6Ks that have been downgraded from WiNG5 to WiNG4. At one client, after shipping a downgraded and staged RFS6K to a site, from the staging location, the loaded configuration appears to be cleared, apart from the basic IP addresses. This is not unlike the WiNG4 to WiNG5 upgrade where only the IP settings are maintained. Has anyone seen this? At another client we have seen a similar issue. At the weekend the client inadvertently pulled the power on a redundant pair of switches, when changing UPS connections. After coming back up the AP300s became "semi-adopted" by the redundant switch as no WLANs were being advertised by them. We powered down the redundant switch, to force the APs across to the primary switch, and they adopted correctly, however clients could not authenticate to the advertised WPA2 WLANs (warehouse and office). After re-entering the passphrase the clients could connect. Has anyone seen this issue? Thanks, Damian
