The RFP response was completed and submitted to Southern Company on 8/9/12. SoCo is a utilities company covering Georgia, Alabama, most of Mississippi, Florida pan handle, and bordering counties of North & South Carolina and Tennessee. This proposal is not like any other we have worked on since this is for a utility company operating in Band 26 (800 MHz) with the current iDEN system. However, even though this was not a system design, there is a lot of good technical information due to the numerous details required for the LTE response as well as detailed responses for microwave backhaul and MPLS from both Ericsson and ALU.
