The customer has a need to do launch Clean and Wipe on a MC9190 using MSP. But it is asking the user to put the device in a cradle. The custoemr does not have any cradles at the sites. How do we get around this?

I assume your "clean and wipe" is not MSP's "Lock and Wipe" but a "Clean Boot and Blank" package delivered via MSP. On WM devices you can add/edit ULDRSETTINGS.CFG file to the package with the following lines [ULDR] AllowUpdateOnBattery = 1 BatteryUpdateLevel = 70 you can change the BatteryUpdateLevel to any battery% you like (suggest keeping it above 50) :)
