The standard Wavelink Terminal Emulator that is pre-licensed on many of our "gun form factor" products, and that may be licensed for others, supports all of the emulations that you mentioned out of the box. It only requires you to configure the device for the emulation that you want. For example, you could configure and device to support 4 hosts; one of which utilizes VT100, the next VT220, the next TN5250 and the next TN3270. It also supports SSH security wrapped around the terminal protocols.
