If you alter a start menu on a wm65 device, does that change get recorded in the registry? In other words, is it possible to sort the start menu on wm65 device, capture order in registry file so it can be ported to other devices for staging purpose?

RemCapture if not succesful - empty the exclusions list in RemCapture (I emptied it years ago)

If you do empty the exculsions list please make sure that you do NOT deploy registry settings from some major registry trees such as /Drivers/Active that will be included in the resultant reg file. Failure to do this (and directly deploying the resultant reg file without suitable and extensive editing) will cause the terminal to behave very badly and it may well fail all together. The list of areas not to tread (or tread lightly) is in the current exclusions list :-)

How did you generate this reg file? did you use remcapture? would remcapture capture the change ?
