A developer is migrating a non-GPSAPI GPS authored application from the MC75 to the MC65...a few hurdles to overcome. Can someone provide a document on the GPS differences between the MC75 and the MC65? Specifically the COM8 port assignment on the MC65. Thanks in advance,

Don, The only real change when moving to the MC65 from the MC75 should be to use COM6 instead of COM8. Both of the devices will be using the Microsoft gps driver to multiplex between applications and should behave the same. Prior to the WM6.5 BSP, COM8 on the MC75 went direct to the underlying gps driver (no multiplexing and only 1 app can access at a time). Besides the multiplexing, the application shouldn't be able to tell the difference between the WM61 and WM65 BSPs. John
