Anyone experiencing sticky keys or general sticky keypads on an MC9190? Customer is reporting sticky keys resultings double and triple bounce entries. Cleaning the key pads has not helped the issue.

There is an SPR opened for this and a hot fix posted to support. See if this helps: MC9190 - Keypad press producing multiple characters - SPR 22429 Key presses producing multiple characters or even the enter key repeating. You randomly get multiple characters or wrong characters being sent.
Also this fix has included all previous released keypad fixes:
Pressing keyboard keys causes the device to repeat the keyboard click sounds multiple times
Shift appears in one state (Hallow) only, after Func + any key is pressed when Shift is in sticky state
When SHIFT key is pressed, it enables ALPHA key and alpha LED turns on too (43 keys keyboard)
If it does not help - there was hw SPR 22576.
