I have a large customer who is in the middle of rolling out 2000 ES400 Moto Branded devces. US and Canada. The process has been going on for a year and Zello has caused some issues with the devices. We have a deployment partner handling the day to day rollout. So far we have been able to work through the issues of Coverage vs Device vs Zello application vs Business applications...(gray hair involved)... Are you using the latest version of the client? I have no expierence with MC67 and the PTT. Has Zello tested and certified the device yet? Bill

Bill, I contacted Zello and they replied with...
"We do not have those two devices (MC67 & MC75A) in-house to test on, but we have tested on many Motorola devices and most work well with Zello software. 

 

Zello works both on wifi and data plans and should seamlessly transition between the two on its own." I have tested on a MC75A and MC67 and it worked well although the tests were not exhaustive.
