API to get SN of LS2208

Could anyone confirm that we can get the serial numbr of LS2208 with Scanner SDK? I found the related attribute in the manual, but cannot test it by myself. Thank you! Junhua

I tried it in both HID and IBM and neither reported SN?

Not sure if it should but it did not show up on my laptop, see attached.

You should be able to get the s/n using SDK. John did a mistake using the scanner in Keyboard mode where you cannot get it. Please change the scanner to IBM HID mode to query.
