Team, A partner is hearing that a customer is expieriencing sporadic reboots on MC 65s. Has anyone expierenced anything similar with a customer? If so, what was the cause and resolution? Thanks. Mario

Hi Mario, What OEM version are they using? If it's 40.211 then this is a new way of handling fatal ARM9 errors and you need to start checking the RT logs to see why they are being caused. From the release notes: Upon an occurrence of a main processor – ARM11 or modem processor – ARM9 Fatal error, the device will auto recover by performing a cold boot. Previously, the device would halt upon an occurrence of this type of error and the device would appear non-responsive with no LED's lit, requiring user intervention to perform a cold boot to restart the unit.
