Is it possible to customize user's profile in a way that each user has different Settings menu? For example: one user can turn on Wifi and another not. Only option I have found so far is to write TurnOnWifi application that would be accessible for particular user. Thank you.

Currently there are only two configurations 1) Full system settings for users identified as administrators 2) Reduced system settings (sound, display and about) for users that are NOT administrators
