hello team, I have a customer who still has thousands of 960s and they just found that if they set the date to anything past 2013, they get an "invalid date" error message that will not allow them to configure the device. does anyone else with 960 customers (and you know who you are:-) ) gotten any reports on this? just doing due diligence before providing an answer to my customer. thanks, afshin

Afshin, I am a former Telxon SE and have not experienced this issue... According to Microsoft's website, you can use a date in MS-DOS 5 up to 2099 for the year... Then again, none of my customers ever needed to set the date since they all ran terminal emulation... I still have one customer using the PTC-960SL in some of their DC locations and they don't bother with the date either... Why do they need to set the date on these devices??? Are you able to easily reproduce this problem on multiple devices??? Efrem
