Dear All did anyone receive MC9090 display OFF and doesn't Turned ON? when i put fully charged battery, the Screen OFF, and the keyboard's Light ON, and the blue key Led and the CTRL led are ON, and Doesn't response to any keys. i tried also to boot from SD card, but it doesn't response.

One customer told me yesterday something similar. When the device goes into standby, it doesn´t respond. They have to remove the main battery for a while. I asked them if they were doing a cold boot when it happened to them and they said no because they did not know how to do it
For issues like this, my basic troubleshooting process is the following:
Warm boot;
Cold boot;
Clean boot;
Firmware installation;
Repair.
You mention that you've already tried booting from the SD card, which I assume is either a clean boot or reinstalling the firmware. As that didn't solve the issue, you probably need to get your device repaired or replaced.
