Hello, I have question regarding ET1's modem. Are there any best practices how to use this modem? What could be the reason for it to stop working after couple of days' usage? When this happens - "Modem reset" from "Connection data utility" needs to be performed in order for modem to run again. Thank you. Best regards, Martin Schulz

Are you pointing to Critical Suspend Mode - when battery charge is low? This is not the situation. In our scenario modem stops working even when ET1 is charging in it's cradle.
no, I'm talking about regular suspend, when display goes off. When you turning the device on, sometimes the modem does not work
Et1 has a known issue when after suspend modem does not back to work. The latest OS makes the issue happen less, but it still not fixed
