date 4/9/13 1:45pm case 2812266 devuce MC5590 OS bsp 3.38 repeat repair case customer sent in saying could not active sync. duplicated issue , rebooted was able to sync after 3 minute delay reflashed device. able to sync. put on emscript to validate no hardware issues. in emscript, RetailMsg.txt > getting OTG: Unhandled OTG_ID change event errors.. see attached emscript logs. Need to know if I need to recommend device be sent back in for repair .. even though can active sync at this time , trying to prevent possible return of issue and customer tempreture turning hot. please review log and comment; would be very appreciated.
