We are interested in building some custom extensions to MSP and are therefore interested in the MSP 3.3.1 Programmer Development Kit. This is not available as a download from the support site, and our contacts at Motorola Europe seem to have difficulties obtaining the kit from their colleagues overseas, but they mentioned that there are certain prerequisites that need to be fulfilled. What are these prerequisites, and how can we get the PDK?
