Dear All, I have a DS457 with USB cable, but when I connect the cable to the PC , the DS457 can not be recognised by PC . The PC show that it find a new hardware, and request a hardware driver . If let it search the driver automatically, it can not find the driver. The DS457 can not radiation (and  the trigger do not work yet ), the LED is static red .  Who knows what is the wrong ? Do I must to repair the DS457 ? Thank you All ! Silver
