Specifcally for the MC65...Does anyone have, or can create an XML provisioning file that will force the "Programs that automatically connect to the Internet should connect using:"setting in Connection Manager to use My Work Network instead of the default which is Verizon Setting ?

If you use Remote Capture to get the registry key for the change you can use the regtoxml utility that is part of this tool set to convert it: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=411988
