1) Time/Date - 5/16/13, 3:30 PM 2) Response time - 4 hours 3) Product - ES400 4) OS Version - BSP41 5) Clarify Case # 2834841 ISSUE: VIP, Customer advised she has an end user who reports during usage in a 3rd party software app multiple ES400's lockup and black screen. Customer reports she needs to remove and reinsert the battery when this happens to reboot the unit. eMscript logs provided for review *********** VIP said We had a user experience this issue a couple times today.  I've attached a zip file of the emscript folder (just rename the attachment extension) .  We know that the first issue happened around 10am (we are unsure when the second one happened).
