Well, I know this sounds terrible, but "sheep" happens... For some unknown reason they would never admit, my customer has removed System Configuration rights to admin default user on their ADSP 9. Of course, they did not think of creating before a new temporary whatsoever "full-righted" use (as a backdoor), just in case... The thing is that I would like to know if there is a way to recover original admin rights. Thanks!

Hello, is the SSH access to the CLI ( user smxmgr) still available? If so, I think, there is a reset admin user >> using that, admin will be reset under the "M" section , use ADMU (see attached screenshot). that should help.
