ES400 Random Reboots on BSP44,  PiiComm is the Partner and TKE (Thyssen Krupp Elevator) is the end user. I've attached the logs.  Can anybody take a look and provide an idea on what is causing this to happen?

Engineering feedback:

We checked RtLog for "ErrHandler: ARM9  FATAL ERROR" and found that the random reboot occurred 13 times during 12:32:47 ~12:47.   It looked that the warm boot could not recover the device so cold boot was necessary. We found the random reboot was linked with the failure of entering suspend(12:31:48) which caused auto reboot begun at 12:31:48.  We also found that system resumed at 12:31:47 but the resuming log message looked abnormal and moreover system immediately entered suspend again at 12:31:48. Engineering requested to have QXDM done.
