Hi All, At the initial boot of an ES400 one of our customers is getting stuck at a message as attached, (The software image is incompatible with this device). It seems very early and low-level, so I thought I'd check if we are alone on this or if others have seen this. I've recommended the update to the latest firmware, but I am dubious whether this message may continue. Regards,

Stephen, take a look at SPR 22369. This issue should be addressed with the latest version of firmware. Thanks, Tom P.
Thanks thats great - it's on the plan. Don Khan also provided this suggestion by e-mail (he had an issue preventing him from posting to DevCentral), so I believe it will be a fix.
