5) Clarify Case # - 2905423 Customer: Amerisourcebergen Wavelink TelnetCE 7.3.149 to AS400 RS507 firmware - PAAACS00-005-R02 SuperCAB SPR24014 installed Fusion - 2.01.0.0.050R installed Device does not go to suspend mode, due to new CE7.0 TCPIP behavior. Customer has 20+ sites with hundreds of newly deployed WT41N0 and RS507 (replacing WT4090 and RS409). Each site is complaining of scanner lock ups, some lock ups recover after 5-10+ seconds, while other lockups require warm boot of wearable (soft/cold boot of RS507 does not help). I've been able to duplicate the lockup where scanner recovers after 5-10+ seconds in default OS using DataWedge.though it is by scanning barcodes pretty rapidly. Please try the Fixes from SPR 24014. These symptoms seem similar to issues resolved by those fixes.
