Team, A partner has an opportunity for a portable badging system. What is envisioned is the taking of a visitor's picture with an MC 75A and printing the picture with some additional information on a portable printer. Is anyone aware of, or seen, anything like that? Thanks. Mario
MC 75A Photo to Portable Printer App? |

Ian, Thanks! Just what was needed. Mario
Mario, PocketPixPrint ( http://www.fieldsoftware.com/pocketpixprint.htm) would print the image but would need to either be modified to include text etc or alternatively the image could be manipulated on the MC75A to include this text in the raw image before printing. Best Regards, Ian Hatton
On the MC75A6, either you write data on the UserComment EXIF tag of the jpg file (provided you save the pic in this format, of course!) or your link a data file to the photo (same basename, different extension, for instance). Printer application should be able to print both image and data, so I would really go for the first option, since quite a few commercial applications should do this (it is a standard, somewhat). I hope this helps
