One of my customers wants to know how often the Scanner is used during a work shift on each terminal. Therefore we want to use the Collection Request 'ScanAttempts' and 'ScanCompletions' but we need to enter a 'Benchmark Value' there and wander what this is for and which values really make sense here. Has anybody already done this? regards George
