To use the previous REG keys I think you need the attached utility i.e. put it in \Application\Startup and the REG key in \Application and then cold boot.
Ian, Would this utility also work on an MC3070 running CE4.2?
Not 100% sure if it would work on the 3070 although in theory the API call should be the same so there is a good chance that it will.
Here is how we did it on 9060 back in the day. I don't have 3190 CE6 to test or find equivalent. [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\symbol\StorageMemory] "Pages"=dword:0 "Percent"=dword:23 ; 35 percent of RAM is for Storage
