We're having an issue activating one of the beacons, but 2 out of our 3 beacons are activating properly. The inactive beacon shows up under Configure in the Toolbox app with a status of Ready. I've tried configuring it, tried hitting Reset on the Configure page, and tried reseating the battery in the beacon. The beacon is selectable on the Configure page.

We have seen a small (1%) of beacons not going back into transmit mode after configuration/firmware changes.
Sometimes this is resolved after you redo the firmware upgrade or redo the configuration changes. Please try both options again.
