Is there an emulator for MC18 that I can use for VS 2008 development? I have an application that compiles in 2008, but I get "The bootstrap could not be loaded" for my CE emulators.

Feedback from dev team:
The "The bootstrap could not be loaded" message could be because the MC18 PSDK not being installed. The recommendation is to use the PSDK provided here:

Regarding emulator – there is a way to build the MC18 emulator from the sources. Motorola does not release it but team is checking and see how they can help.
