Startup message - Please, provide correct Rhoelements license

I am upgrading our web app from rho 2.2 to 4.0 while also evaluating Jelly Bean on the ET1 tablets.  I have a license file that works with the 2.2 runtime in the keys folder.  When I start the app on the tablet I get a message that says - "Please, provide correct Rhoelements license. "  Is the 2.2 license file compatable with ver 4x?  If yes, how should I troubleshoot this further?  If no, how do I create the proper license file?

Hi Steve,
the two licenses are not compatible.

In motorola solutions and through our distributors network we've different SKU for the two products, one for v2.x and one for v4.x.
If you've a valid maintenance contract, you can request a new license code to our technical support:

I just opened a case with support and have been told that even though I have purchased a maintenance contract I have to repurchase licenses for ver 4.

Here's the reply I received:

Ok, as per the Sales team thereis no upgrade even with a maintenance contract on RhoElements from 2 to 4, andthat v4 licenses must be purchased.  Do you have your reseller’s info soyou can purchase them?
