One thing that will help with troubleshooting issues, is to try to keep in sync among component versions:

- Server
- Toolbox
- iOS SDK
- Android SDK

For example, if Server is on 35D, then try to upgrade Toolbox and the SDKs to 35D as well.

With 35D build onwards, the MPACT Server requires a license to be installed.
After installing 35D:

Click on Main Menu and go to License page.
The page should display Server Identifier.

Email this identifier to us for generating the license.
Also provide us how many Sites, Beacons and Visits you need within the license

After generating the license, we will email you a text file.
Within the same License page, you can upload the license text file
Wait for 2 minutes for the license counts to be reflected
