When I connect the TC70 to a PC using USB and with USB debugging enabled on the TC70, the device does not appear in the adb device list. Is there a particular driver I need? Or an ID in adb_usb.ini?

Roger, please select the "Downloads" drop down at the top of this page and select the USB driver link to get the correct driver.
