What is the best way to disable the sync engine completely?
I have set sync_poll_interval=0 which has stopped the polling.

Same issue here,
i have deleted rhoconnect extension from build.yml, but still have in the log file:
RhodesApp| Starting sync engine...
Sync| ThreadQueue blocked for 4294967295 seconds...
Just don't load the rhoconnect extension.
Or do you need to enable/disable dynamically?
