MC18 single cradle fails to release MC18 (the magnet activates but is too weak?)

MC18 single cradle fails to release MC18 (the magnet activates but is too weak?) // Expert user has replied. M Mikael Nensen 3 years 5 months ago 4 1 0 It appears that we have a faulty MC18 single cradle. When I invoke Cradle.Unlock the solenoid magnet activates but I can't remove the MC18, I think it's too weak so it doesn't completely move the stopper. Is there anything we can do to fix this?
