Hi,
I have an MC9500 and it is stuck on the white boot screen (see screenshot attached).

I tried warm boot (press and hold red power button for 5sec) and cold boot (which is on MC9500 when you press at the same time keys 1, 9, and red power button) but either way, the white screen shows up and it will not move away from that screen (I left it for 2 days, no change).
The battery indicator shows green light (baterry is healthy).
Please help.
