Alternatives to AppCenter for MC45

Hi all,
 
I'm trying restrict users to just one or two applications for work. I tried Appcenter but I believe it doesn't work on MC45. Are there similar apps that can do that?
 
Would like to hear how you guys do it for this model. Thank you.
