Image upgrade questions

Hi,
 
We have an ET1N0 running Android 2.3.4 that we'd like to take up to Jellybean.  It looks like this is possible but I wasn't able to locate files or instructions.  Could someone please provide assistance?
Also, is there only the 'Professional' OS version available or is there a standard version as well?

The link below is what you'll need to update to Jelly Bean but you'll need to be updated to the last release of Gingerbread and have a service contract for access to the image. You'll be able to create a request for access.
